The Thai Water Expo 2025, held from July 2nd to 4th at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) located at 60 Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei Subdistrict, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok 10110, was successfully hosted.

Pur MBR flat membrane element

The Pervious submersible flat membrane uses PVDF as raw material, featuring excellent chemical stability, anti-pollution properties, and mechanical strength. It comes in various specifications: 0.8 square meters, 1.0 square meters, 1.5 square meters, and 1.5 square meters (with dual outlets). The dual-outlet membrane elements can increase permeability by 18% to 22% compared to traditional membrane elements, reducing engineering infrastructure costs. Improved chemical cleaning has mitigated dead spots in single-channel flat membrane elements, enhancing effective utilization and extending membrane element lifespan. Low trans-membrane pressure difference saves operational costs and significantly boosts the market competitiveness of MBR flat membranes.

Pur MBR flat membrane module

Pervair Membrane submerged MBR flat membrane modules are currently available in two types: single outlet membrane modules and double outlet membrane modules. Based on the effective membrane area of the membrane elements, single outlet membrane modules are divided into three models: 0.8 square meter membrane module, 1.0 square meter membrane module, and 1.5 square meter membrane module; double outlet membrane modules only have the 1.5 square meter membrane module, and the number of membrane elements in the module can be adjusted according to customer needs, in units of 10 pieces, with a maximum of 200 pieces per membrane module. During maintenance, only the damaged membrane elements need to be replaced, which can be conveniently inserted and removed from the top of the component without having to drain the entire membrane tank and replace the entire group.

Pur MBR flat membrane system

MBR membrane bioreactor is a new type of wastewater treatment system that integrates membrane separation technology with biological treatment technology. It replaces the secondary sedimentation tank at the end of traditional biological treatment processes with membrane modules, maintaining high concentrations of activated sludge in the bioreactor to increase the organic load of biological treatment, thereby reducing the占地面积of sewage treatment facilities. It also reduces the amount of excess sludge by maintaining low sludge loading. The membrane separation equipment immersed in the aerobic biological tank intercepts active sludge and large organic molecules within the tank. The concentration of activated sludge (MLSS) in the MBR system can be increased to 6000~12,000 mg/L, or even higher; the sludge retention time (SRT) can be extended to over 30 days.
